Jenna Pratt is an accomplished music composer and pianist based in Sydney, Australia, celebrated for her ability to create enchanting melodies and evocative soundscapes. Specialising in compositions for film, television, and games, Jenna is an alumnus of both JMC Academy and AFTRS.
Her impressive body of work includes scoring several short films, notably Magnetic, which premiered at the Sydney Film Festival, and Toyboy, for which she received a nomination for Best Original Score at the Made in the West Festival.
In addition to her significant contributions to short films and video games, Jenna's music is featured across various Australian networks, including ABC, Seven, Foxtel, and SBS. Her compositions have enhanced notable television programs such as Stan's The Ben Robert-Smith: Truth On Trial, The Great Australian Bake Off, and Close Encounters Down Under.
Jenna's commitment to her craft and passion for storytelling through music set her apart as a remarkable composer in the Australian music scene. In 2024, Jenna completed a WIM Mentorship with Caitlin Yeo, participated in APRA AMCOS's High Score Songhubs, and continued to have her music featured on TV shows worldwide. She recently co-composed the score for Murder Down Under (Perpetual Entertainment) and is composing music for a video game scheduled for release in 2026. When she's not composing, Jenna volunteers with the AGSC's Gender Equity Committee, plays piano with her devoted cat Jax by her side, and enjoys immersing herself in psychological thrillers.
